We investigate building problems — water intrusion, moisture, structural concerns, and construction failures — throughout Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. Our work is field investigation and documentation, not repair contracting.
Keeping investigation separate from repair work means our findings aren’t influenced by what work we’d stand to sell. Clients bring us in to determine what’s actually happening before spending money on a fix — and to get documentation they can rely on.
